Pre-Move Planning

Making Preparations

Disassembly and Assembly Services

Many of our office moves require assembly and disassembly services for furniture, equipment and more. We provide office movers skilled at assembly and disassembly of cubicles and modular furniture systems. We have crews and forklifts to knock down and reassemble pallet racking.

Move Scheduling

After the proposal is accepted, we work with you to develop a mutually agreeable schedule. Our operations department dedicates the appropriate talent from our workforce and specialized equipment required to successfully bring your project to completion.

Moving Day

When moving day arrives, Hamilton Drayage arrives on-site with a team of trained and uniformed professionals and any of the tools and equipment required to complete your relocation.
Our crews help pack and load your items and ensure they are ready for transport. Once everything is loaded, we transport the items to your new facility and begin the process of unloading.

Debris Cleanup and Removal

There is inevitably clean up required at the old location to make the move complete. We remove unwanted items, provide roll-off container service, storage at our facility and leave the old location broom-swept clean.
